Newegg Ships Fake Intel CPUs, Gets Egg on Face

This is an article from PCMag talking about an incident at Newegg. As you may know I work at Newegg. Although I know about the issue but not the people responsible I do have to say a few things:
1.) The fact that the original email saying that the CPU were "demo units" needs someone in Customer Service (or whatever dept) who was responsible for approving the use of the words "demo units" to apologize. And I'm not talking about a middle manager level, something like this would require Director or President level.
2.) Anyone who installed one of these is just plain stupid and deserves to stop building their own computers.
3.) Whoever was in charge of checking the stock for quality should be fired or suspended for a period of time at the least. In this economy, s/he will learn very fast to either learn English fluently or to actually check.
4.) For those who are hating on Newegg, you need to grow up, Newegg is a retailer and not the company packaging the product, stop blaming Newegg for something that although could have been avoided, was not Newegg's fault. Blame IPEX who if you have noticed has not released a statement nor has found out who sold these to them. Which means either they have no idea as of yet or it is entirely their fault and they are taking their time with their lawyers to issue a formal apology.
5.) Love the Newegg Hitler clip on YouTube (just search Newegg Hitler).
6.) These are my personal opinions and in now way reflect the views or opinions from Newegg.
