Computer Build Part 2

Looks like I got the wrong RAM or the RAM is not compatible with the motherboard. Either way it will be probably another week before I get it up and running to maximum power. At least I still have my laptop....Woo Hoo!

Why so Serious?

I just had to add this picture, it's great

Computer Build Part 1

Hello Everyone,

If I haven't told you already I am re-building my computer. It's time to upgrade to a Quad Core. Which is funny because Intel just recently released plans for their 6-core processors but it will be too expensive the first year or so. So ya, part 1 is all about the computer case. I'm pretty excited about it and after about 2 months of looking at computer cases I went with the Antec Twelve Hundred Gamers' Case. It's huge, lots of space. Has three 120mm fans in the front for intake, a 200mm on top for intake, two 120mm fans in the back for out-take, and I added one 120mm on the side over the graphics card for intake. That's 7 fans total. They are all variable fans so I got a fan controller coming in so I can custom set the fan speed. Anyways, here are some pictures of the case. And no Josh, I didn't select this because it's a step up from your case. I wanted a full ATX tower and the 900 wasn't enough space.

Here are the pictures (click the picture to be taken to the photobucket page) which after 2 hours of finding out the Blogger can't recognize anything unless you upload it to Blogger's website. Which is very annoying and dumb. And just to let the certain people know, I am buying all of this with my own money, not with any school loan money.

Getting Frustrated with this Blog

I'm trying to do some personalization but it seems that Blogger doesn't allow that. I can't even upload images the way I want to. Well, I'm going to try something so hang on and check back later.

Thanks

Classes this Fall 2008 Semester

This semester is yet another semester of....well school. Here are the classes I am taking this semester:

Accounting 310-Cost Accounting for Managers
Finance 300-Business Finance
Human Resource Management 360-Organizational Behavior
Kinsieology 338I-Women in Sport

Ya, I know what you're thinking, one of these things is not like the other. But hey, the KIN 338I will be my final CSULB requirement. I'll be completely done with all requirements except the College of Business Administration (CBA) requirements.

Also of note, the FIN 300 and ACCT 310 will allow me to take all the other required courses for CBA college. So hopefully I'll pass them.

Today at Work

Today at work I had only one job. To get one question on my company's web page. The question was a poll that needed to be done to get answers for a possible project that the team has been working on. I figured it would be really easy to do. But oh no, if the question didn't explain every detail then it could not go on the web site. Only problem is is that the question was not about details, it was a very simple question made to look softened up for the customers. So I ended up having to ask two different questions that doesn't really answer the question we needed answered. So here comes the creative faking of statistics again .......corporate business blows
